Better Together, funded by Leeds City Council Public Health, is a collaborative partnership between Health for All, Hamara and ASHA. The Better Together programme provides an inclusive array of group activities, events and individual support across south and east Leeds. It supports people from all ethnicities to receive the support which is right for them and seeks to improve the health of individuals across south Leeds. We have three Community Development workers who work on Better Together and support both individuals and groups to achieve better health outcomes.
