We have an exciting opportunity to join our Active Clubs Experience Project as a Youth Development Sports Coach. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individual that will work in schools and community spaces to engage children and young people either in a group or 1-1 setting. You will work as part of the Active Clubs Experience team providing support for children and young people who may be at risk of offending behaviour allowing them to develop their personal skills, knowledge and attitudes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the passion and dedication to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and ideally hold a Level 3 Youth Work Qualification or be currently working towards this.

Hours: 15 hours per week – Hours to be discussed at interview

Salary: £22,986.60 Full time equivalent per annum

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Active Clubs Experience Project as a Sports Coach. Based in a range of school and community settings, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and committed individual to deliver high quality, active sports sessions that will engage children of all abilities from a range of diverse backgrounds. We are looking to employ motivated and inspiring sports coaches to join our expanding team. Successful applicants should have experience of working in a team, possess excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a range of high quality innovative sports and physical activities to children and young people. Experience and a qualification in sports coaching will be an advantage. Due to the nature of this role, working hours may include before, during and after school times so flexibility will be required from applicants. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the passion and dedication to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

Are you a committed, enthusiastic and flexible team player who can work in a flexible way?
If so we would love you to come and join our pool of sessional assistant sports coaches
You will assist in delivering high quality, active and engaging sports sessions in schools and community settings, which may include before school, during school and after school times, assisting with sessions to engage children of all abilities from a range of diverse backgrounds. The successful applications should have experience of working in a team, have excellent communication skills and have an interest in sport and understand the benefits of engaging individuals in sport. Experience and a qualification in sports coaching will be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
