HFA understands that transport and mobility issues are a huge factor in contributing to social isolation, with lack of transport being a barrier for many to access life enhancing groups and activities.. This is why we invested in our own fleet of community transport vehicles. Our minibuses and community cabs play a vital role in linking our service users to groups and activities, as well as social and health care services. We have 4 minibuses and community cabs , staffed by a team of 8 drivers serving almost 300 regular customers, primarily schools, community and faith groups and charities
Our volunteer drivers undergo DBS checks, reference checks and a driving proficiency test and volunteer drivers are always welcome.
