Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre
State-of-the-art Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre in Middleton is managed by Health For All.
It provides office space, hotdesking facilities, meeting rooms and hall space.
It helps support the growth of new and existing businesses, provides space for local partners and organisations to host meetings, conferences, events and activities.
It can also host social occasions such as parties - we've already had our first wedding and christening celebrations.
Zumba and aerobics are just some of the events held at the centre, which hosts activity spaces for hire between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 10pm at weekends.
A range of facilities include:
Hall
A large multi-purpose hall accommodating for up to 150 people. The hall also includes a specially designed sprung floor suitable for dance activities. The hall can also be divided into two separate areas if required.
Multi-Purpose Room
This is a multi-purpose activity space accommodating for up to 50 people. The multi-purpose room contains a small kitchen area, toilets and access to an enclosed outdoor space.
Hotdesking Facility
The hotdesking facility can be rented from as little as £6.50 per hour and the package includes a desk and computer.
Office Space
Eight furnished offices are available to rent. These vary in size and can accommodate between two and five people and include everything you need for a fully functioning office.
Meeting Rooms
The centre has three meeting rooms which vary in size to accommodate between four and 12 people.
IT Resource Suite
The suite provides a suitable training room for eight people.

Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre was officially opened on Friday 28th October 2011 by Hilary Benn MP and Leeds City Council leader Councillor Keith Wakefield. The centre is owned by Leeds City Council and is run by Health for All (Leeds) Ltd.
Development of the £1.6 million Enterprise Centre has been funded by Central Government and the European Union European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
