The Cupboard

cupboard girls group

The Cupboard works with vulnerable young people aged 13-19 from disadvantaged communities in south Leeds. The aim is to enable young people to lead happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.

We deliver innovative and integrated support services to young people with chaotic lifestyles and multiple needs.

Work includes one to one support, group support, participation and consultation work. We work with young people and families to research their needs and to develop support work that addresses those needs.

The approach is a young people centred, commuinity development approach with the starting point rooted in young people's life experiences. Current work includes girls and boys work, participation work, creative media, sexual health and physical activiy.
