Community Centres Development Manager (Ref: 312)
Health for All is seeking a Community Centres Development Manager to support communities across Leeds to secure, develop and sustain their local community centre. This is a new, rewarding community-focused role working alongside both established centres and emerging groups to build capacity, resilience and long-term sustainability.
As a member of a new team comprising the Strategic Lead (HFA CEO) and Impact and Monitoring officer, you will play a key role in equipping local communities with the skills, confidence and capacity to ensure their local community centre is thriving, accessible, sustainable and responsive to the needs of local people.
You will be a valued member of the HFA Management Team, playing a key role in establishing a new Community Centres Network across Leeds, enabling the sharing of learning, tools and good practice
