Bright Horizons

A partnership with Barca follows in the footsteps of the Stronger Families initiative to provide tailored support for parents and carers who are facing barriers to employment through dedicated Employability workers providing support, motivation, practical help, counselling and skills to improve health and wellbeing.

The team work with each individual to help them achieve their goals, including creating a career plan, gaining work experience, providing emotional and parenting support, and offering housing and money advice.
