Think Family Service helping children who have been affected

Think Family Service (South & East) is working in partnership with MAST in East Leeds to provide a 10 week 'Children Making Choices' group starting on the 13th October until 8th of December. The group is aimed at children aged 5 to 12 years old who have been affected by domestic violence. The main focus of the group will be to boost self-esteem and confidence through therapeutic activities and play as well as looking at positive relationships and friendships, feelings and emotions and looking after ourselves. This group, which is an extension of the Children Making Choices group in the South has been funded by Hasco Bastion Trust and will run as four 10 week programmes across the year.
