Trustee Board
The Health for All Trustee Board is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting by the company members, who comprise the community groups served by the organisation. The AGM is attended by 300 people.
The majority of the projects and services also have active Steering or Stakeholder Groups comprising users and partners, to ensure the work continues to be fully responsive to the needs of beneficiaries, whether individuals, groups, families or communities.
The Trustee Board meets bi monthly and receives progress reports from the Senior Management Team. Sub Groups also meeting bi monthly and reporting to the Board include Finance; Policies and Personnel and Safeguarding.
Health for All ensures robust and accountable governance with effective monitoring and financial procedures and regularly updated policies including Safeguarding; Health and Safety; Environmental.
